I knew one boss who used to claim herself as a perfectionist & always try to find deficiencies within others. Honestly speaking I did find many deficiencies among herself & started thinking that due to her imperfect attitude she was making the life of other employees - a complet

When distancing matters our lives.

As   a blogger,  one can’t always highlights the happy & easy going matters. Sometimes realism should also be reflected through the writings of a bloggers as— it keeps us updated , help us reform and get ourselves ready for  reformation of society   . You might be knowing what for I am suddenly mentioning this. Well, let me explain. I am going to jot down some facts during covid19. It might not be related globally with the same frequency but its presence can’t be avoided. What is it? o.k before it let me highlight some incidents happened locally & let me tell you that extent of these incidents are increasing recently. A sick aged person was lying & his wife was trying to get him in ambulance but, could not. None including the ambulance driver extended their helping hands. " Ankita " just had gone through the break up of relationship with her friend & she had lost all her hope in maintaining sustainable relationship with others.....      Well, I think its sound enough to give us a hint of the negative factor---- "PESSIMISM" . In to-days world we all are conscious of this catchy terminology & we also know that people with pessimism perceive anything within the negative perspectives.    But there are also another type of people around us with different kind of attitude. Look at "Rohit"---------- He is studying in abroad, staying  far away from his family, but still manages his living happily & with full of positive energy. Is it through any magic or you want to highlight his selfish attitude & lack of  gratitude towards his family? None of these are going to work here as "Rohit" knows the art of "DAY DREAMING". Within his schedule of study, taking care of other social grooming factors, he so

We all are in search of having happiness & pleasant moment. To come out from anxiety/unpleasant situation,we use many ways. In our daily life we might have seen in our neighborhood that (for e.g) Mr Das  is an alcoholic & he often disturbs his family but simply he denies the fact or if we consider (for e.g)Mr. Sen-who had a bad day at work, went back to his family & started quarreling with his wife or beating his children .  These are the examples of using our defensive mechanism which we use in our daily life. Ist case is the example of "Denial "(Denying of fact) & the 2nd one is " Displacement "(directing frustration/negative feelings towards object/person who would n't be threatening or  would be less challenging). We know that--- When we confront a situation that might lead to create/face an anxiety/unpleasant condition,  then our ego find a way to relieve us from those situation. These  ways /means of dealing & minimizing our anxiety
